Delivery

We use local courier companies to deliver within our local delivery zones, and Canada Post/UPS to ship outside of our delivery area, with free shipping on orders over $100 within Canada. If you are purchasing from an international address, Canada Post/UPS rates will apply. Duties, taxes, etc if charged are beyond our control and payment is the responsibility of the customer. 

Unless an item is misrepresented, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you are unsure about something before purchasing (sizing, colour etc), please contact us! In the event you do need to do a return, contact us to drop it off. Any shipping fees associated with a return are the responsibility of the purchaser. 

Please note, our bundles are put together with clothing in good condition (signs of wear) that still have lots of life left! Please expect small stains, marks, frays or small holes unless the bundle is specified as “excellent condition”. Bundles are final sale with no exceptions.
